Simple and yummy Bhindi Raitha

Ingredients:
Ladiesfinger - 8-12
Thick Curds - 2 cups
Salt - to taste
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Channa dal - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - a few
Hing - a pinch
Oil

Method:



Wash the ladiesfinger and chop into fine pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the ladiesfinger till they are crisp (you can also deep fry them). Keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, channa dal, urad dal, curry leaves and hing. Add them to the well beaten curds. Add required amount of salt. Add the fried bhindis and mix well. Serve chilled.
