An easy, yummy and healthy roti served with chilled curds and pickle. Try it!
Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Methi leaves - washed and chopped
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Haldi powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Curds - 1 tsp
Oil / Butter
Method:
Mix all the above ingredients except oil / butter to make dough.
Rest for about 1 hr. Roll out into chappathis / paratha . Fry in a tawa using oil / butter. Serve hot with curds / pickles or kurma.
