Ingredients:
Fruits of your choice (apple, orange, mango, grapes etc) - 2 cups
Custard powder - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 2-3 tbsp
Method:
Cut the fruits into small pieces and keep aside. Mix custard powder and little milk without any lumps and allow it to boil till it becomes a thick paste. Add sugar and stir well. Boil the remaining milk and mix along with the custard paste. Allow it to cool for 5-10 min. After it cools completely, pour the custard to the chopped fruits. Mix well and refrigerate it for few hours. Serve chilled.
