Dahi papdi chat...

Dahi papdi chat is a savory preparation which is prepared using papdi and topped with various ingredients and finally with whisked curds and garnished with sev and corriander leaves. Here goes my version of Dahi papdi chat....

Papdi (flat pooris) - 5-6
Potato - 1
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Tomato - 1 (chopped)
Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Green chutney - 1 tsp
Sweet chutney - as required
Curds - for the topping
For Garnishing:
Sev , corriander leaves

Boil the potatoes and keep aside. Prepare the chutneys. Beat the curds along with salt , red chilli powder and chat masala and mix well.
Arrange the papdis in a plate. Place each potatoes on the papdi. Spread the onions and tomatoes on the papdi. Add required quantity of green chutney and sweet chutney. Top up with the prepared curd mixture. Sprinkle chat masala. Garnish with sev, tomato and corriander leaves. Do all this just before serving. Dahi papdi chat is ready to serve.
