Mixed Vegetable Curry


Ingredients:
Mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, cauliflower, potato, peas...)
Onion - 2-3 (chopped)
Tomato - 2 (chopped)
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Corriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Curry powder - 1 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp


Method:
In a pan, add oil, onions, tomatoes and all the masala powders. Mix well. Add all the vegetables. Fry for sometime. Add some water, close it with a lid and allow it to boil. After the vegetables are cooked, fry for sometime in open pan. Check for salt and spice. Remove and serve hot with chappathi.
