Mushroom and corn masala


Ingredients:
Mushroom - 1 cup (I used canned ones)
Onions - 2
Tomatoes - 2
Sweet corn - 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder - as per taste
Corriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Oil


Method:
Heat oil in a kadai. Add onions, tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. Saute till the tomatoes are well cooked. Add garam masala powder, corriander powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well till the oil seperates from the gravy. Add the corn and mushroom. Add little water and allow to boil. Lower the flame and fry for another 5 min. Serve hot with rotis.
